Moderation & Appeals

Our promise

Moderation on biekdafreak works like this: the rules are published, every action we take cites a specific violation code, decisions come with an explanation, and you have a real path to appeal. Filing a report never puts a target on you — reporters are protected from retaliation, same as everyone else.

We're not perfect and we won't pretend to be. But you should never be left guessing why something happened to your account, and you should always have a way to push back if we got it wrong.

The rules

The short version of our community standards:

• 18+ only. No exceptions.
• Consent is the foundation. No content depicting or advocating non-consensual acts.
• No harassment or dogpiling. Disagree with someone, don't swarm them.
• No doxxing or outing. Real names, workplaces, or faces shared without consent are not allowed.
• No spam or unsolicited promo. Advertise through the proper channels, not by flooding people.
• No hate content.
• No illegal content or activity.
• Venue and event listings must be truthful. Don't misrepresent a business, a date, or a policy.

Violation codes

Every enforcement action we take references one of these codes, and the notice we send you names the code and explains the reasoning.

Appeals

• Every moderation action can be appealed within 30 days — reply directly to the notice or email appeals@biekdafreak.com.
• A different reviewer than the one who made the original decision handles your appeal.
• We target a response within 7 days.
• Outcomes are explained in writing — you'll know why the decision stood or was reversed.
• Filing a report or an appeal never triggers retaliation against your account.

Consent-incident reports

Consent incidents get handled through a private reporting path, not a public callout:

• Use the Report button with the "Consent incident" reason, or email safety@biekdafreak.com directly.
• Reports are confidential and reviewed by a human — never auto-actioned.
• We track reports for patterns across accounts, even when a single report doesn't clear the bar on its own.
• We don't host public accusation threads. That's not us protecting anyone from scrutiny — unmoderated public accusations carry real defamation risk for reporters and deny the accused any due process. Repeat-pattern accounts get actioned, and reporters are told the outcome category.

Transparency

We're committed to publishing periodic moderation stats — reports received and actions taken by code — once volume is high enough for the numbers to mean something instead of just identifying individuals.

Rules evolve

These rules and codes will change as the community grows. When they do, we announce it — never silently.
